Many companies do not have a 24x7 operation team and do not want the team to be interrupted unnecessarily. We do have a 24x7 operation and we are always ready to be “interrupted”. We can monitor your application the same way that we monitor all our services. If there is an alert we do a very qualified troubleshooting and resolve the problem if it is in our power to do so. If there is an application error that would require a code change for example then we alert your team.
